- On another pan heat oil and add mustard seeds
- Add tomato and carrot and capsicum finely chopped
- Add turmeric , red chilly powder , salt , garam masala
- Add steamed idlis cut into 4 pieces
- Add fried curry leaves on top and mix well
- Serve hot with tomato sauce
