  2. add salt to taste
  3. heat the oil in sim
  4. throw some mustard seeds(make sure mustard seeds are bursting)
  5. while mustard burst put the chopped onions and curry leafs
  6. wait for 5 to 10 seconds and put the green chillies(if you use the dried chillies you must add it before the onions and wait for few seconds until chillies get a dark red colour)
  7. mix it with the rice
  8. to make more delicious you can add some pomegranate and fine chopped carrots
  9. add coriander leaf for garnish
  10. Curd rice goes perfect with mango chutney or lime pickle
