- Take a deep bowl combine curd and besan and whisk well without any lumps.Next add 3 cups of water and keep this aside.
- Next heat a kadhai or pan add ghee and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds let it splutter then add curry leaves, pinch of asofetedia and pour the kadhi keeping on low flame and add ginger and chilli paste,salt and sugar and mix well and keep on low flame for 10 minute let it simmer and then garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- For making khichdi wash rice and moongh dal together and soak in water for atleast 20 to 30 minute and then pressure cook by adding water 3 cups and add turmeric powder, peppercorns, and salt and whistle for atleast 4 to 5 and if you want soupy khichdi you can add more water.
