- Take a cocar add Mutton and onion salt ginger garlic bayleaf coriander seeds fennel seeds 2 glass water and cook well then to tender Mutton / and separate Mutton and yakhni
- Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds black pepper clove cinnamon stick black cordamam green cordamam star anees bayleaf stir add onion stir lightly golden brown add Mutton stir fry to cook add curd and ginger garlic paste salt stir cook
