- For sauce: Add all ingredients in bowl.Mix well and keep aside.

In a pan add 2tbsp oil. Add in Carrots and capsicum. Saute. Add in salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper and Italia chicken cube. Mix well. Remove and keep aside. - For Chicken:
Marrinate 500 grams(half kg) boneless cubes/strips chicken with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, tandoori masala, salt, black pepper and soya sauce. Keep it aside for an hour.
