- 1 tbs crushed zeera
- 1 tbs mix whole spices
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbs green chillies paste
- 1 tbs garlic paste
- water according to rice
- Half tsp haldi powder

- First of all make yakhni with all the yakhni ingredients given above
- Let it boil until chicken getts tender and soft
- Now heat oil in a pot and fry onions till golden brown then add grm msala cook it then add spices then add tomatoes
- Then add in green chillies paste and garlic paste cook well
- Then add in chicken from the yakhni cook it well then add strained yakhni
- Let it boil
- Then add in soaked rice boil at high flame when water reduced and rice become half done slow the flame and cook it with lid
- Leave it for dum on slow flame for 5 mins then mix well and serve with your favourite condiments
