- To make a yakhni,Boil mutton 🍖 in a water.add salt,sabut garam masala,green chillies.,ginger garlic paste.sliced onions.
- After 1st boil.add sounf sabut dhaniya too.cover it.cook it for an hour on medium flame.until unless meqt is sof and tender
- Meanwhile soak rice.and prepare masala for rice.fry onions in oil add leaves and both zeera.saute it for a min.add all sabut garam masala,badiyan,jaifal javitri.add ginger garlic paste and sauté it
- After 5 mins add salt tomatoes green chillies,sabut lal mirch.saute it.add yogurt.fry it until unless all spices mix together. and oil separate. then add meat from yakhni.fry it for 5 mins
- Then add yakhni in it.bring it to boil.then add salt.
- After 1st boil add soaked rice in it
- Add chooped coriander and hand crushed green cardamom, jaifal javitri and badiyan k phool in dum.turn the flame on low for 15 min.
- Served wirh raita and 🥗 and brown fried onions 🌰
