- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 packet Tikka masala shan
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 table spoon ginger garlic paste
- Rice
- 1 kg Rice (soaked)
- Salt as per your taste
- 2.3 tez paat leave
- 1/4 tsp Kali zeeri
- 1 drop kewra water
- 1/2 tsp sabut garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- water As required
Instructions to make to make Tikka Biryani
- 1st Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste and tikka masala.for 45 mins.set aside.
- Meanwhile prepare biryani masala.fry onions in oil.add tomatoes. And ginger garlic paste
- Add biryani masala and all spices in it.cook it on medium falme. add alubukharay and potato cook till oil separate and potato tender
- After 45 mins,Put the marinated chicken on medium flame.when chicken is soft and tender add heated coal in it. And cover it for 5 mins
- Now for Rice
Boil water with All Rice ingredients add soaked rice in it
On boiling strain the water. - In a big pot add masala
Then Chicken Tikka layer
And add coriander mint leaves
In last boiled rice
Food colour - Put it on dum for 15 minutes
