- In a cooker add oil..then oil masale like bay leaves,cloves, cardamom,green chillies and saute for half min.
- Now will add onion,ginger garlic paste,peas,mint leaves,chopped tomato,and all masale like salt,red chilli if required.
- Now will keep it on low flame to cook all vegetables...
- Now will add curd and give it half whistle.
- Once will open it will look like shown in pic....our yummy mix pulav is ready to serve.
