Steps to make to make Tawa Biryani
- Sb se pehle tawa ko garamkren ar oil ya butter dalen... Phr is ma dar chini, long,hari elaichi,zebra,tez pat dal kar fry karein phr is ma pyaz dal kar golden brown kar lein phr is ma chopped tomatoe ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, haldi,lal mirch powder,salt dal kar bhonein..
- Phr is ma chicken dal kar bhonein...jab tak colour change na ho jaye... phr is ma 3 tbsp dahi dal kar mix karein achi trh se... Phr is ma dhaniya ar podina dal kar bhonein ar garammasala dal kar mix krne ke baad achi trh cover kar dein jab tak chicken pk jaye... phr is ma lemon juice dalen... then 2tbsp dahi ma zarda rang dal kar mix kar lein ar chicken ma dal dein ar mix krne ke bd is ma fried onion 1tbsp dal dein...
- Ab is ma boiled rice dalen ar zarda rang sprinkle karein
- Ab baqi fried onion dal kar again rice ki teh lgayen ar 1/2 tbsp oil dal kar cover kar dein (6-8 minutes ke lye)... phr cover hata kar mix kar lein... ar plate ma dal kar serve karein...
