  1. Take the gram flour add curd, salt, little red chilli to it and 2 tbsp oil. By adding little water knead a dough. Break the dough into small balls and give them small cylindrical shapes.
  2. Bring the 3 glass of water to boil and add these cylindrical shaped gram flour dough into the boiling water. Let them boil on high flame until this dough starts floating on the surface of water.
  3. Strain the water and let these cool.
  4. In a grinder add cashews, almonds, sesame seeds and a little water and bring this to a thick paste grinded finely.
  5. Cut those cylidrical shaped boiled dough into small circular pieces and fry them in oil. Also fry the cottage cheese and keep these two aside. Chop 2 onions in juliens and deep fry them till they turn golden brown.
  6. In a grinder make a puree of tomato, garlic and onion.
  7. Heat oil in the pan. Add the ground spices and then add the dry fruit puree. Keep on mixing it for 10-15 minutes on medium flame. Then add the tomato and onion puree. Keep on stirring this for next 20 min. Add a little pieces of the fried gram flour circles and cottage cheese.
  8. In a bowl sprinkle some coriander leaves and then fried onions. Then start layering the biryani in the way you love. Once it is set keep a plate on the top and give this a flip.
